The pricing per month is: $80 for top slot(1 and 2), $50 for second(3,4,5), and $30 for third(6,7,8,9) and $20 for bottom slots(10,11,12,13,14).

The slots are randomly listed within their slots. So the top two proxies in top slot will be either #1 or #2 always - the same with the rest.

No guarantees, but you can expect 200-3000 visitors per average day depending on what slot you are in and how many other advertisers are there.
